Postage and Packaging

  1. All parcels will be sent from the UK using Royal Mail standard service, unless express or tracked is selected as an extra.

  2. I aim to dispatch within 3 working days of the order being placed. 

  3. Full dice sets arrive in a black postal box, with the dice wrapped inside with red shredded paper.

  4. single dice or incomplete sets are sent in a brown pillow box with red shredded paper inside. 

  5. Lost parcels with Standard Shipping will not be refunded.

  6. Lost parcels with Tracked Delivery selected will be refunded or remade and sent.  I will discuss this with you for your preference.

  7. We do not cover any customs/import charges that might be added after we've shipped the item.

  • These time scales are estimates taken from the Royal Mail website and I am not responsible for delays, such as customs, difficult weather conditions or delays caused by local Covid 19 restrictions etc.

  • Prices of delivery are to cover postage costs and packaging

  • *Tracked in some cases may not provide full step-by-step tracking of the parcel's progress and may only refer to proof of delivery.

  • *Rest of the world will be updated as I encounter it. Prices may vary in the future for other countries. 

RETURNS

  1. I do not accept returns and refunds will only be offered if a parcel is confirmed missing via a tracked delivery service. 

  2. Should you be worried a parcel is missing please get in touch. We can discuss options for you such as refund or remake of a set depending on the circumstances. 

  3. If you're unhappy with any of the dice or find that there is a problem please get in touch with me. We can discuss your options or how I can make things right, as I want you to be happy with my art.
